Late Policy - For late appointments, the appointment will still go on, but no additional time will be given.

Cancellation Policy - Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $45 fee.

No Shows - If you do not show up for your appointment, there will be a fee of 50% of your appointment cost.

If you are feeling unwell please inform me as soon as possible and we will reschedule your appointment.

Please come no more than 5 minutes early for your appointment time.

Please come to your appointment with no makeup on from the eyes up.

Masks are optional for all appointments. I will be wearing one during the service. Please feel free to inform me prior to coming in if you’re more comfortable with me wearing a mask the whole time you’re in studio!

Not all clients have the same length and thickness of lashes, and therefore we will not use any "styles" or "lengths" that may cause stress on your natural lashes.

If under the age of 18, you must have a waiver filled out by one of your legal guardians before your appointment. Contact us for more information.

Outside fills (fill on another artist's work) can be done on work that is up to standard, and please contact me before booking.

We do not offer refunds in the case of any allergic reactions, as they're always a possibility and can happen at any time. In the case of a reaction, we offer a lash removal free of cost.
